Author Biography:

Dr Yves Nys is a Research Leader in the Poultry Research Unit at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique, France. Dr Maureen Bain is Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Glasgow, UK.
