Unfortunately any hand movement will tally up a crazy amount of steps. Something like preparing a meal or washing dishes will easily add up to 700 steps. Could be useful to use for workout tracking alone to look at heart rate or calories burned, but for daily wear I have to say it is useless.

All functions work except blood pressure. Compared BP against Omron arm-band type and readings are way off. The phone App is a bit clucky.
