Picked up one of these in a sale and its pretty good, worth getting more of. Connects to Home Assistant (its a Tuya device) and even has an energy sensor which is a major bonus.

It has a single button on the board (the indicator light) to turn all ports on/off and a physical sounding power switch (click noise) when a port is turned on or off.

My only gripe would be the energy monitor is for the whole board but if all you want to know is that any of the devices are in use/idle then this is the board to get.

Easy to install, and once it is installed you CAN turn off each individual plug (All 3 USB are considered one unit) – simply tap their image in the app to turn off or schedule. Power surge protected. Will definitely be converting over to all of these in future.

Great product, easy to configure – love that the USB ports are controlled with on/off independently of the power points! For this reason, I will definitely purchase another 1 or 2 of these units for use around the house.

(Not too much info about this) In case you do not know where the Power Switch and the reset button is, its the square one itself. It connects to WIFI (no Bluetooth) using Smart Life App that you need to download to your Android or iPhone. The Good thing is you can integrate it with Voice assistant like Amazon Echo using Amazon Echo App and Google Assistant using Google Home App (sorry no Siri or Bixby). Not to mention for those Geeky out there, the IFTT is a must which is also compatible. Just name your individual switch properly including the Power Strip (Power Button itself) so you have 5 choices that you could manipulate. Switch 1 is the 3 USBs (sorry not individual usbs) then the rest plugs inputs are 2 to 4. Enjoy.

I was expecting that the 3 power plugs would have independent energy metering, but there is a single energy reading for the entire board. The instructions that came with it referred to ‘follow the product-specific instructions’ which were not included, so trial and error was required to get it connected.

Now dead, guess you get what you pay for

Easy to use. Works really well. App has very handy features

Decent unit for the price, just a Tuya rip, so it works well enough with the usual smart bells and whistles. Two drawbacks;

1. Setup is painful, both manuals say refer to device manual to enter pairing mode. No such manual in either unit I bought. So heads up, hold down the power button until it flashes. Even then, setup runs, powers off device and fails to turn it back on. Setup then thinks its failed, turns out it doesnt, you just need to turn the unit on again and things start working.
2. Power monitoring isn't live, it's just a total for the month. Not even sure it's working on either unit yet as it says 0, tells me the voltage, but wattage and current both say 0 even though items are plugged in and on. Couple of days will tell if this is working or not.

I think the title of the review says it all, but as I said I found it pretty finicky to set it up as initially the software wouldn't recognise the device and so I had to manually add it. Once that was done, connecting it to our Google account so we can control is via voice was pretty easy and super useful.

Purchased a few of these to use around the house due to their ability to be connected to the smart life network, however find they start making loud noises and the usb ports lose ability to charge over time. After about half of a year, most of the ones we have has since been replaced by different powerboards because they started making noises and not working. In terms of using them, two of them were only connected to 1 lower power item , so unsure why they have failed. Rather unfortunate, but now know not to purchase these in first place.

Have two of these for about two years and they work great. Just gota be reasonably close to the wifi router.

Im on solar only and having this set to turn off the fridge and turn it on helps me keep continuous power Easy to use and set up

Would give negative stars if possible. This junk decides to randomly power off whenever it likes. Hate it.

Exactly what I wanted

Its great being able to automate certain outlets to come on certain times of the day. It was a bit hard to set up comparing to some of the other smart ape products I've bought. It gets warm quite quickly, which is concerning but it still works great. The USB ports aren't individually controlled but the other outlets are. Still love it!

Fit and finish is not the best – USB ports don't align exactly correctly with the casing, but do work. No problem if leaving plugged in, but no good for constant plug/unplug. Minor annoyance. Good product.

Get disconnected once per day on average

Hard time setting up, never had any trouble after setting them up but recently had an issue with wifi which means reconnecting them, it never show up for me in the app and is very hard to connect

I used this to activate my glass house pump sprinklers every morning. Excellent way to go.
